Best AC company in Las Vegas. We were rescued!! Two companies wanted to charge us $6000. They lied to us. Zen Aire fixed the problem for $500. We are now cool…. and not broke. Honest, ethical company. We are grateful. Thank you, Zen Aire!! We will never forget you.

Fantastic company and very professional. Jason serviced our AC unit then came back to troubleshoot it not working, no-fault by a technician and stayed until it was fixed, finished at 8 pm. Dedication, extremely courteous, and professional! Strongly recommend!

After going back and forth with another company for 2 months who hadn’t solved my problem, my home warranty finally changed the contractor to Zen Aire. Tech came out and was amazing. He answered every single one of my questions and gave me suggestions on how to see if I was still having issues after he solved the problems he found. Communication overall with the company has been fantastic as well. I hope my problem has finally been fixed but if not I know it isn’t the fault of the tech.

Our a/c unit went out during the weekend. I contacted my home warranty, and they contacted Zen Aire. Zen Aire followed up with me immediately to ask what was wrong and then provided me with a service time and date. They followed up the phone call with a text message, and then called the following day to confirm the date again. Originally, they were going to come on Tuesday but were able to come 1 day earlier. Eric and David arrived on time, immediately found the issue, fixed it, and also helped fix a small rattle I was having with my second a/c unit. Very professional, fast service, and nice guys. And for those who are interested, yes, they showed up wearing masks. I would happily use them again!

From Kristine (service/dispatch) to David (technician), Zen Aire provides top-notch service. Kristine went out of her way to support our concerns with e cells to follow up, she did what she said she would do and went above and beyond. The techs were also very good, especially Davi but both guys on site were awesome. David took the time to jump on a call to explain some items in more detail that also really helped. We would recommend and use it again without hesitation. Thank you, Kristine, David, and The Zen Aire team.

This service was AMAZING! After 2 months of not having air conditioning and having 2 different AC companies come out and check my system 5+ times, these guys got it right immediately! I called and made an appointment at 930 and by noon they were at my house and fixing my AC. I’m so grateful that they were able too quickly find the issue and provide me and my 3-year-old with such much-needed relief! I would highly recommend this company!

Zen Aire is a fantastic service provider. We were 10 days without heat because of another company that did not seem to know what they were doing from a repair perspective, and let us drop through the cracks, day after day. We called Ryan at Zen Aire and he was here within a few hours. He diagnosed the issues and made the repairs right away. We finally have heat again. Fantastic with communication, and at times even able to show up earlier than the expected appointment time. Jason has been a pleasure to work with and wonderful at fixing the problems I’ve experienced with my ac/heater. He is nothing but professional. Highly recommend!

Great service. Ryan is honest and lays everything out in the open for you so you have no doubt about what you’re getting. You would be wise to use them.
