After going back and forth with another company for 2 months who hadn’t solved my problem, my home warranty finally changed the contractor to Zen Aire. Tech came out and was amazing. He answered every single one of my questions and gave me suggestions on how to see if I was still having issues after he solved the problems he found. Communication overall with the company has been fantastic as well. I hope my problem has finally been fixed but if not I know it isn’t the fault of the tech.
